SwingDx provides digital, personalized performance analyses and therefore uses a refund structure appropriate to digital health-adjacent services.
1. One-Time Diagnostic Purchases (Silver Plan)
Due to the personalized nature of the analysis, all one-time diagnostic purchases are non-refundable once:

Intake forms are submitted, or
-
Any swing data/video is uploaded
If no data has been submitted, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Membership Plans (Gold Plan)
Membership fees cover:

Quarterly reassessments
-
Ongoing communication
-
Platform access
-
Administrative and processing time
Annual plans may be canceled, but refunds are prorated based on:

Number of completed assessments

Administrative costs involved
3. Gift Purchases
Gift cards or gifted diagnostic credits are:

Fully transferable

Non-refundable

Valid for 12 months from purchase
4. Service Inability
If SwingDx is unable to complete an analysis due to:

Technical failure on our end

Reviewer availability

Platform disruption

A complimentary resubmission opportunity

6. Chargebacks
Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks may result in:
